Order Tracking

Shipping Address Changes

- We are unable to accommodate address changes once the order has been shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Radiantiz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
